I've checked off the “Enabling Deep Negative Key words” and tried scraping craigslist with 6 negative keywords. however it doesn't pick up any email when i do this.  What is the correct format?  i have it in this format (without the ” ” ):

“job, free, donate, non-working”

If you are using the free version, it can't work well now. The free version are not updated now.

If you are using paid version, which category are you scraping ? The format for None of these keywords is right.

The right format is keyword1,keyword2,keyword3….  Seems you used the right format.

And if you are working on personal and res category, this program can't work wit them because captcha problem. We are going to release a new solution to work with personal and res category super fast and cheap.

If you are using the paid version. Please post the question in paid software part, then we will be faster to give you an answer :) .
