Every program I try, the scraper, answer eye or ping genius. They just timeout and say they can't connect to the server.

Try again now, they should work well. Please check if you set a proxy for IE, remove the proxy to try again. And check if you have a firewall to block the program.

Oooh I see.. I use firefox and for some strange reason IE has an proxy… I removed it and now it works.

Hi, I love ScrapeGenius when it works, but I consistently can't get past the login. There are no IE proxy settings on (although I've tried through a working proxy too).
What's the deal? Is there any way to bypass this?

i cant get passed the login page on scrapegenius i am in dire need of help!! it asked me to register my account with you why? i am running xrumer at the same time does this matter?
