i cant get passed the login page on scrapegenius i am in dire need of help!! it asked me to register my account with you why? i am running xrumer at the same time does this matter?

Hi, I love ScrapeGenius when it works, but I consistently can't get past the login. There are no IE proxy settings on (although I've tried through a working proxy too).

What's the deal? Is there any way to bypass this?

hm, the ip is the part without the "https://"

did you try them in your browser and do they work?

also not sure about the format of that second example you posted.

usually you need to implement them like this:

IP:PORT

IP:PORT:USER:PASS

so an example would be

123.253.110.23:5263

123.243.110.23:5263:someuser:abc123

Im sorry i dont know the difference. I can tell you that the place I get my proxy info...they give me IPs that looks like:

https://99.99.99.99 or https://0101.0xf.0x1c.0x91

Do those work? They might also require username and password.

Ok, I forgot I had IE explorer with a proxy now it scrapes ok. However, I still can't get the activation email for answereye it says 'Email register failed, please try it later' Please help!!
